These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Boba Bloom web platform, mobile application, and POS device services ("Services"). By using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of Services

• You agree to use Boba Bloom only for lawful purposes.
• You will not tamper with the software, hardware, or attempt unauthorized access.
• POS devices must be used solely for your business operations and not resold or misused.

3. Account & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Payments

• We offer free and paid subscription plans for POS and billing services.
• All charges are billed in INR and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• You agree to keep your payment method valid and up-to-date.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software are the intellectual property of Boba Bloom or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of our platform without permission.

6. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• Termination does not relieve you of the obligation to pay any outstanding fees.

7. Data Handling & Privacy

We handle your personal and business data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data but grant us rights to use it for providing the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruptions.

9. Device Handling (POS)

• You are responsible for the care, maintenance, and safekeeping of the Boba Bloom POS device.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged devices must be reported immediately. Replacement fees may apply.

10. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Himachal Pradesh, India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Una, Himachal Pradesh.
